1. General Terms:
All our furniture pieces are custom-made to order.
We reserve the right to update product designs, specifications, and prices at any time without prior notice.
2. Order Confirmation & Deposit:
Placing an order on our website is an initial request. The order is only fully confirmed after our team contacts you to verify dimensions and details.
A 25% deposit is strictly required to begin the manufacturing process. This deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
3. Production & Delivery:
Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, minor delays due to unforeseen manufacturing or logistical circumstances do not warrant an order cancellation.
4. Payment:
The remaining balance (75%) must be paid in full upon delivery and after the inspection of the items.
5. Intellectual Property:
All images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of UGGI and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our explicit permission.
